Our family-owned business is resident in Illmitz, in the heart of the Seewinkel, national park Neusiedler See-Seewinkel. On an area of 25 hectares we grow dessert wine out of the sorts Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Sämling, Muskat Ottonel, Traminer and Weißburgunder, and red wine out of the sorts Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Nearly the whole harvest is made into Beerenauslese, Eiswein, Schilfwein and Trockenbeerenauslese. The wine is processed carefully with cool and slow fermentation in steel-tanks or in barrels.

Also red wine plays an important role in our winery. At present we are processing dense wines - out of the sorts Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon - in great barrels made of wood or oak.
